The Washing - Bible Reading & Prayer Marathon

Mosaic Fellowship
606 W 3rd Ave

April 30 - May 4

Here's a great way to participate in the National Day of Prayer: The Washing is looking for small groups from local churches and ministries to spend at least 2 hours praying for Spokane.

This bible reading/prayer marathon event is hosted by the Spokane Fatherhood Initiative. Over the course of 5 days, the Bible will be openly read from cover to cover while continual prayer is offered up for our churches, communities, city, and more. The marathon begins Sunday, April 30 at 5:00 pm, and concludes on Thursday, May 4, the National Day of Prayer.

More information available at the Spokane Fatherhood Initiative website.

NEEDED: Churches and ministries from all over the city to reserve at least one Session – a 2-hour time slot – during which time 3-8 participants will proclaim the Word of God by reading scripture in consecutive order, while the rest of the group prays.
