She will also demonstrate some simple recipes for foods that naturally fight illness.  Join us for this live-stream event and learn how to boost your immunity!

Valerie Scrafford has worked as a staff nurse, preceptor and charge nurse as well as an adjunct nursing instructor. Valerie completed the Certificate program for Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies.
