When caring for loved ones, we can often find ourselves locked in a pattern of interaction that leaves us feeling frustrated and forgotten. Noticing and accepting these experiences can help caregivers break out habitual patterns of interaction and co-create more desired communication. By fostering empathy and objectivity, caregivers can better care for themselves and their community.
