Brandi Lanai was born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ca and always knew she wanted to be a Journalist. She majored in Journalism and Creative Writing and took Screenwriting classes in college. Brandi also attended The Academy of Radio & Television Broadcasting where she graduated from the Television & Video Production program. Not long after graduating, Brandi started working for AirWatch Clear Channel Traffic where she reported news, traffic, and weather for stations in the LA market, and many others.
In 2006 God opened a door for her at Christian radio station KSGN where she served as half of the Bryan & Brandi Morning Show for nearly 16 years and held the News Director and Music Director positions. In 2018 Brandi graduated from Water Of Life School of Ministry, is ordained, and now speaks at Women’s events and conferences. Brandi Lanai’s mission is encouragement. She is so grateful to God for the platform HE has given her to encourage others daily to seek HIM, trust HIM, and find joy in HIM no matter what they may be facing.
Brandi truly believes that there is something to celebrate in every day and stands on her “life verse” Exodus 14:14 “The Lord your God will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
