NW Adoption Exchange Virtual Info Sessions
The Northwest Adoption Exchange (NWAE), in partnership with Washington State DCYF, offers free monthly virtual sessions for anyone interested in adopting from foster care in Washington.

Session 1 – Introduction to Adoption from Foster Care
Covers how adoption fits into the foster care system, available supports, and key considerations.
Date: September 11 – 12 p.m. or 6 p.m.

Session 2 – Steps to Adoption
Guides you through choosing an agency, required training, and the home study process.
Date: September 18 – 12 p.m. or 6 p.m.

Attend Session 1 before Session 2 for the best experience. Led by experienced child welfare professionals, these sessions provide clarity, resources, and practical next steps.
