Calm in the Chaos is a community conference designed to address the alarming rise in youth anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. Hosted by Spokane Youth for Christ, it is aimed at parents, educators, nonprofit leaders, and caring adults who support young people ages 11–19.

Attendees will gain insight from a keynote speaker launching a new youth mental health resource, hear from a panel of regional mental health experts and frontline leaders, and connect with local resource providers. The event includes a shared dinner to foster deeper relationships and strengthen support networks for our kids. Entry is free, with a special focus on accessibility and serving Spokane’s most under-resourced neighborhoods. Our goal is clear: to equip caring adults with tools, insight, and hope before challenges grow deeper.
