Shine 104.9 is excited to welcome back Journey to Bethlehem. Begin this holiday season by celebrating the beautiful Christmas story. Come experience Bethlehem on the night that Jesus was born!

Journey to Bethlehem has become an annual holiday tradition, and one of the Spokane Chamber of Commerce's 'Top Things to Experience in Spokane.' Each December, several thousand people across the Inland Northwest experience this walk-through Christmas drama, featuring a cast of over 100 actors from several denominations and many live animals, including sheep, goats, donkeys, etc., which kids of all ages will enjoy.

Annually hosted the first weekend in December, the event is located at the South Hill Seventh-day Adventist Church on the corner of 57th Ave and Freya.

Doors are open from 6:00 - 8:00pm on Friday night, and 4:00 - 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday nights.

No tickets or reservations are required. However, a significant wait in line is likely, as the event is very popular and well attended - so dress appropriately for winter season. Musical performances of the holiday season will also be enjoyed, once indoors, while awaiting the start of your outdoor tour.

Volunteers Needed for Journey to Bethlehem (Spokane, WA) — December 5–7

Volunteers are sought for Journey to Bethlehem. This annual family event offers a variety of volunteer opportunities - acting roles (speaking or non-speaking) and crew roles with the set, parking, etc. (inside or outside). Families and friends can participate together.
