Wellness World for Kids: Building Strong Bodies, Bright Minds, and Faith-Filled Hearts

Kids ages 6–11 are invited to a fun, bilingual (English & Russian) health expo where wellness comes to life through games, hands-on activities, and faith-based learning.

Children will explore 8 key health principles—nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine, temperance, fresh air, rest, and trust in God—at interactive stations designed to encourage healthy habits in a playful, memorable way.

Parents are welcome to join in, observe, and take home practical wellness tips. Don’t miss this exciting event that plants seeds for a healthier, faith-filled future!
