Dinner with a Doctor is a new series aimed at achieving a higher quality of life. Our theme this time is Pain: Relieve, Reduce, Restore. Through classroom-style presentations and live food demonstrations, this unique health education class will teach you how to utilize whole foods, quality nutrition, physical activity and understanding pathophysiology to manage and reduce pain naturally.
