The Caring for You, Caring for Me program, developed by the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, is a blend of interactive support and education for caregivers of older adults. The program focuses on advocacy and care for both the caregiver and care recipient. This class is open to both family caregivers and formal caregivers. The Caring For You, Caring for Me program meets for 5 sessions, focusing on a different module at each meeting: Tues April 29 - What it means to be a caregiver Thurs May 1 - Taking care of yourself Tues May 6 - Building cooperative relationships Thurs May 8 - Preventing and solving problems Tues May 13 - Accessing and developing resources
