Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading in Spokane Valley is a Christ-centered sports program for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Participants learn the fundamentals of the game while building character, teamwork, and faith. Through positive coaching, an encouraging community, and inspiring Scripture, young athletes grow stronger both on the field and in everyday life.

Games are held on weekends throughout September and October, with eight games each weekend.

Volunteer opportunities are also available, including skills coaches, spiritual coaches, referees, announcers, and help with the snack shack, which supports participant scholarships.

Registration opens May 1, with early registration ending July 21. Pricing increases after that date.
